Obituary of Thomas William Hull

Thomas William Hull, Sr. of Melbourne died Friday, January 29, peacefully at home with his loved ones by his side. Tom was born on August 26, 1943 in Charleston, WV to Robert Glenn Hull, Sr. (deceased) and Kathleen C. Hull (nee Bossie). In addition to his devoted mother, he is survived by his loving wife and best friend, Marjean, his wonderful children Christy Wojciechowski (Larry), Thomas Hull, Jr.(Lori), Connie Brand (Andrew), Brighid Hillmuth (Ed), Kelly Shane (Jeannie Blakely), and his deeply loved grand-children Caitlin and Lauren Wojciechowski, Mitchell Hull, Erin Brand Cathleen and Christopher Consilio, and Phoebe and Charlie Shane, Tom also leaves behind his dear brothers Robert G. Hull, Jr.(Elma) and David L. Hull (Cindy), and sisters Joyce E. Gerlits (John) and Paula C. Hoover (Jerry), as well as many other kind and caring relatives and friends. Tom served in the U.S. Air Force for over 26 years and retired as a Chief Master Sergeant (E-9) in 1988. He continued working as a federal civil servant for an additional 15 years before retiring from Patrick AFB in 2003. He was a graduate of Charleston Catholic High School in Charleston, WV, and Rollins College in Winter Park, Fl. Tom loved traveling, fishing, hunting, reading, making wine, listening to music and just being retired to spend time with Marjean. We pray that time will relieve the awful pain in our hearts and we can go on to live happy lives as Tom would have wanted. In lieu of flowers the family requests that a donation be made to a favorite charity that is feeding the hungry or to Vitas Hospice Charitable Fund www.vitascharityfund.org. A visitation will be held at Beach Funeral Homes, 4999 North Wickham Road, Melbourne on February , from 4-6pm with a Funeral Mass at Ascension Catholic Church, on February , at O'clock. Burial with Military Honors will be at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
