Ben and Linda Shuler posted a condolence
Saturday, May 8, 2010
My wife Linda and I met Bob and Lois shortly after moving to Indialantic in 1997. We joined the same monthly bridge group, which is still functioning today. Our friendship grew, and soon Bob was taking me (and friends and family) sailing in Bon Ton occasionally. We joined Bob in sorrow as he lost his beloved Lois. We remained friends with Bob, playing bridge occasionally, and Ben became a frequent member of the Bon Ton crew. Bob was a gentleman, card-player, story-teller, sailor, wise observer of the political scene, and a kind and generous friend. He told us many warm tales of his family adventures over the years. He was very proud of his family and their accomplishments. He was always upbeat and never complained, even when he was having health problems. We love him and will miss him greatly. We send our sympathy and good wishes to the Bob Stier family. All of our lives are greatly enriched by having known him. With kind regards, Ben and Linda Shuler

Anne & Bob send their condolences to Bob's family... We will miss our dear friend. We will remember the sailing trips... the partys... the E mails... making sure we never got involved in bridge... mostly the friendship... save a spot for us in Heaven, Bob... you are in our prayers.
