Debra was one of the most beautiful Spirits I've ever had the privilege to know. Every time you were in her presence you felt the joy for life that she embodied. The world is a better place for having her in it. And now Heaven has received another angel. She will be missed and her memories will be cherished. Well done good and faithful servant. The Queen - My Soul Sister
Deb was the image of a God-fearing woman, minister, wife, mother, glam ma, confidante, veteran, business woman, best friend, and the list is endless. She walked in excellence and had a charisma about her that can’t be explained. She lit up every room with her infectious smile and beauty. She was an inspirational and motivational speaker and her words always breathed life into dark situations. Because of her FAITH, she spoke words of HOPE. She was truly a Proverbs 31 woman.
Deb loved her family. She was always eager to share her family stories. While Deb took tremendous pride in wearing several hats, it was her role as wife, mother, and glam ma that gave her the most joy. She always reminded me that family is what’s most important in life.
I met Deb at Warner Robins Air Force in 2009. From the first day we met, we connected instantly. We were like two long lost besties. We became Oprah and Gayle and/or Thelma and Louise. Since that time, we traveled, laughed, cried, shared stories and great conversations, shopped, watched movies, read books, shared recipes, and just acted silly like two soul sisters. Deb had the special gift of recognizing unsavory characters and half-truths. If you ever got her side eye glance, you knew the gig was up. (LOL) She saved me on so many occasions from people with hidden agendas.
To Charles, her husband of 19 years; her children, Malik, Andre, and Renee; and her grandchildren, Anthony, Jazmyn, and Janae: During this difficult time, may Deb’s memories comfort and strengthen you.
Thank you for sharing Deb with me. She will forever hold a special place in my heart. I miss and love her beyond measure.

Debra meant a lot of things to a lot of people. As I reflected on my memories and how she personally impacted my life, I didn't quite know how to capture it all. The following words impressed upon me, helping me to articulate her essence from my perspective.

Though I did not know Debra for a long period of time our paths would pass because of Toastmasters. She was indeed a light in a room that made the smiles of others illuminate. You will be missed in so many ways. Rest now and help guide us with your spirit.

In this life we choose to follow people who can take us higher. That was you Debbie. I/we were so fortunate to work alongside you at Patrick and elsewhere. You're legacy is in tact. So are my memories. They can't take those from me.
Say hello to The Duke for me. You'll immediately recognize him! Perhaps when we see each other again I'll belt out a tune...just for you! And forget about starting some co-ed softball team with girls, I ain't playing!
Best of luck forming the latest Toastmasters Group...in your new Home.
Debbie, I'll miss you forever, but I'll see you again. You were one in a million.

Chuck and family. So so sad to hear of Deb’s passing. Debra and I had a special bond/relationship when I was the 920th Rescue Wing Commander from 2001-2006. That special bond was Jesus Christ. She was a classy, elegant woman. And a tremendous wife, mother and Airman. A true Patriot. “My sheep listen to my voice. I know them and they follow me. I give them eternal life. They will never die, and no one will snatch them from my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them from my Father’s hand.” — John 10:27-29. She listened to His voice. Tim “T2” Tarchick
